It’s not often Tottenham Hotspur are backed by rivals fans but several believe referee Craig Pawson allowed Bournemouth midfielder Jefferson Lerma to get away with murder in their Premier League clash.
Lerma was heavily involved in several altercations, including Heung-Min Son’s first-half red card.

Dele Alli and Jefferson Lerma clash after a red card for Heung-Min Son
Rather than mock Spurs, which would have been the easy thing to do, rival fans actually got behind the north Londoners and believe Lerma should have faced punishment for his misdemeanours.
First he blocked Son off the ball, which was ignored by Pawson, and then hit and trod on the South Korean, which resulted in the deserved red card for an aggressive shove, although the Colombian appeared to feign a leg injury.
There was also a kick at Danny Rose as the England left-back picked the ball up following the award of free-kick, and two other off the ball altercations, with one involving a head-to-head confrontation with Dele Alli, which went unpunished.
And it managed to unite some rivals, who felt sorry Spurs, as you can see below.
